Compressed air systems

A compressor is a machine that compresses the air from an initial intake pressure to a higher exhaust pressure by reducing the volume. A compressor includes a power source, a compression unit and accessory equipment. A gasoline or diesel engine provides the power to operate the compressor.

Precaution Prior to Use compressor safety :-

* Read the user manual and make sure you understand it before using the compressor.

* Make sure shut-off devices, pressure gauges and temperature gauges are working.

* Make sure all gaurds and shields are in place and in good working order.

* Wear tight clothing. Do not keep your hair long.

* Keep other people away from the compressor before starting and during operation.

* Inspect the hoses regularly and never use a damaged or defective hose.

* Never use compressed air to clean and clean others.

* High-pressure air can break a eardrum, blow an eyeball, or penetrate the skin, injecting air into your blood, which can lead to death.

Never point or point a pneumatic tool at another person. Horse games with an air hose can be fatal.

* Only make adjustments when the engine is stopped and the air pressure has been released properly.

* Make sure all connections and couplings are completely nested and pinned.

* Never leave a machine running unattended. Stop the engine and remove the key to prevent unauthorized use.

* Place the compressor as level as possible and lock the wheels.

* Make sure all warning and security devices are working properly.

* Do not exceed the maximum recommended air pressure.

Compressor Air Hose :-

* Make sure all pressure has been released before disconnecting the hoses.

* Use a hose designed for the maximum compression pressure flow.

* Make sure the compressor hose and discharge fitting match. Always use the safety pin to prevent.
