6. Eat more fruits & Vegetables ,include fish and omega 3 fatty acids to your diet

7. Exercise for better all round health

8. Practice good dental hygiene

9. Protect your skin from sun and pollution

10. Your job won’t take care of you when you are sick. Your friends will. Stay in touch.

11. Smile & laugh more.

12. Don’t waste your precious energy on gossip.

13. Sleep for at least 7 hours.

14. Forgive everyone for everything.
